We have just completed a 1948 Ford F-1 that we did as LS swap in and did a thorough restoration on. Originally a shop truck in Oklahoma City, it has really nice natural patina that we left and shot a matte clear over. Being a true original shop truck, we left its slight dents, dings and bruises to go along with the old school look. We did an extensive upgrade that consisted of the LS-1 with 4L60E, Mustang II front end with 11" power disc brakes, custom headers that we wrapped, aluminum radiator, power steering, Painless wiring harness with soldered ends, dual electric windshield wipers (it came from the factory with only the d/s wiper), LED headlights with halos, 1 piece power windows, all new glass and weatherstripping, air conditioning, Flaming River tilt column, Lokar shifter, Dakota Digital gauges, bucket seats with custom console and an in-dash Kenwood Bluetooth stereo, XM satellite-ready. It has a matte clear finish outside and a high gloss clear inside, door to door 70/30 split loop carpet, Pacer Dragstar wheels, 15" x 7" front and 15" x 10" rear, new tires, static drop suspension, underbed gas tank, new bed wood with undercoating, Thrush mufflers for that old school sound. I have a clear title in my name. The truck was built by Anarchy Fabrication in Paradise, Texas.
